Most PCB hotels offer beach access, swimming pool, dining, tennis, gated safety and private parking. Most of the hotels are located directly on the sugary white beaches. Although the more affordable hotels are located across the streets from the beach, these hotels also possess beach access. Vacation hotels range from large, luxurious and costly ones to small privately owned hotels. Restaurants, entertainment and shopping centers are easily accessible from most hotels
The primary factor you should consider when picking a hotel is where it is, the location is very important. Do you need it to be facing the beach? Do you need it to be of a walking distance to front beach road, Thomas Drive, the Panama City Beach Pier? If you are a spring breaker, you should find a hotel close to beach clubs, night clubs, bars, and such, so that you will avoid driving late at night after a few drinks. You may either walk or take a cab really cheap. Panama City Beach Police is very strict about drunk driving. Spend your beach vacation as safely as possible. If you are on a family vacation, I recommend quieter hotels away from all the clubs and bars. Look for hotels kids and family friendly that offer extra amenities, such as complimentary breakfast, microwave, refrigerator, and free internet. Check guest policies and rules and make sure it's a children friendly hotel.

Beachbreak By The Sea While the Beachbreak by the Sea may be a small hotel, it stands only four stories in a sea of high-rises, however it is big on warmth and charm. Very spacious motel-style rooms with phones and free local calls, continental breakfast and a central beachfront location make this a good low-cost option.
Days Inn Panama City Beach The Days Inn, one of my Panama City Beach hotels' favorites, is located right on the sugar white sand and crystal clear emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Featuring a 3 story tropical waterfall into a luxurious gulf-side lagoon pool, with every unit gulf-front with its own balcony.
